TarotPack does not act as an agent for either the buyer or the seller.
TarotPack is not accountable for the behaviour of its users.
Transactions and all other contact made via TarotPack website are monitored and refunds are given as per Tarotpack

TarotPack is not responsible for the quality of services provided by users of TarotPack.
TarotPack has the right to refuse to register or to terminate your membership at any time without consultation
with any party including you, if TarotPack suspects malicious use of the service.
You must not advertise any illegal or offensive services and TarotPack have the right to cancel a listing if
TarotPack sees such advertisements as offensive or illegal.
You must not advertise or promote services that are to be performed outside of TarotPack and TarotPack have the right
to cancel a listing if TarotPack sees such advertisements.
TarotPack maintains the right to alter its pricing schedule at any time without prior notice.
Any Tax arising from earnings from work undertaken through TarotPack is not the responsibility of TarotPack.
Consumer Protection Regulations
In some countries, it is recognised that the work of spiritual, psychic and witchcraft services must declare their work as "entertainment"
or "experimental". By agreeing to these terms and conditions, that:
a) the seller is covered by this legislation and need not repeat these regulations in each individual auction.
b) the buyer is accepting this legislation and that buying a reading on this site is on their own free will and is responsible for any choices,
actions or omissions they make as a result of paying for services
on this site and are an extension of the buyer exercising
that free will.
